At KnowVantage, we believe in transparency, trust, and learner satisfaction. We want you to feel confident while enrolling in our programs. If for any reason you decide not to continue, our refund process is simple and hassle-free.

15-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund Policy

  • Learners are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of enrollment.
  • No questions will be asked during this period.
  • The only deduction applicable will be payment gateway charges (as charged by the payment provider).

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be raised within 15 calendar days from the date of enrollment.
  • This policy applies to:
  • → Live Online Programs
  • → Self-Paced / E-Learning Programs
  • → Offline / Classroom Programs (if applicable)

Refund Process

  • Refund requests can be initiated by emailing support@knowvantage.in from the registered email ID.
  • Once approved, refunds will be:
  • → Processed within 7–10 business days
  • → Credited back via the original mode of payment only
  • Payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

After 15 Days

  • Refund requests made after 15 days from enrollment will not be eligible for a refund.
  • However, learners may request:
  • → Batch transfer
  • → Program rescheduling
  • → Course upgrade (price difference, if any, will apply)

⚠️ Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where KnowVantage is unable to deliver the program due to unforeseen reasons, learners will be offered:

  • Refunds are processed fairly, transparently, and without unnecessary delays.
