The only deduction applicable will be payment gateway charges (as charged

enrollment.

- → Live Online Programs
- → Self-Paced / E-Learning
Programs
- → Offline / Classroom Programs

Refund requests can be initiated by emailing support@knowvantage.in from
the registered email ID.

Once approved, refunds will be:
- → Processed within 7–10
business days
- → Credited back via the
original mode of payment only

Payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

Refund requests made after 15 days from enrollment will not be eligible for a
refund.

However, learners may request:
- → Batch transfer
- → Program rescheduling
- → Course upgrade (price
difference, if any, will apply)

In rare cases where KnowVantage is unable to deliver the program due to unforeseen reasons, learners
will be offered:
